Indeed, it’s just a demo song, and there wouldn’t be any reason for put it on iTunes, I’m just saying that a lot of things go out exclusively to MySpace.
They could offer the song on their official site, like, for instance, Lacuna Coil, who used to offer some demo songs for download.

The Lovex song is on Myspace only because it is a DEMO, not the final version. Propably some of the lyrics will change and there might be other changes too before it is finalized in studio. It would be a stupid move to put it up for download in their site or put it to iTunes.
